Fitness and nutrition enthusiast, but nothing complicated – keep it simple, fun, effective, sensible, and sustainable. Just lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Being a mom of 4 teenagers and having had a C-section and recovered from diastasic recti., she has a special interest in helping women.

French Canadian from Saskatchewan. Grew up on an agriculture farm. She likes to keep busy around the house and work in the yard; loves California for the heat, beaches, endless summers, and no mosquitos; and enjoy spending time with family and friends

about EUREES

Coach Eurees is a dedicated and passionate fitness coach whose journey began with a different path in mind. Initially studying to pursue a career in the medical field, she eventually found her true calling in the world of fitness. Coaching and helping others grow to see their potential has always been her driving passion

Eurees has an impressive athletic background, having been a track athlete for 6 years, trained in gymnastics for 8 years, and danced for 10 years. These experiences as an athlete ignited her interest in bodybuilding and ultimately led her to develop a deep passion and knowledge for powerlifting

Driven by the belief that everyone deserves good health and the ability to be happy with themselves both inside and out, Eurees is committed to making a positive impact on her
clients’ lives. As a certified FNS coach, she brings her excitement and expertise to the forefront, guiding each athlete towards their individual goals with a combination of knowledge, discipline, and unwavering encouragement.

Mary is a California native, fitness enthusiast, and certified personal trainer with a passion for inspiring people to live their happiest and healthiest life. Her mission is to make a positive impact on people’s lives by helping them reclaim their health and transform their lives. She enjoys the process of coaching others to improve health, fitness, wellness, and maximizing one’s true potential for a quality way of life. She is devoted to serve and provide the best client experience by connecting and building relationships that will last a lifetime.
Mary enjoys spending time with family, being adventurous, travelling, baking, dancing, piano, tennis, and fundraising for a variety of organizations.

about PAM

Coach Pam has been a lifelong athlete, starting with volleyball and track in middle-school and continuing into flag-football and vinyasa yoga after college. Her years spent playing competitive team sports inspired her to join a fitness center with a focus on community and personal achievement. She has been an athlete at FNS since 2014.
A schoolteacher for 8 years, Coach Pam now combines her love of education with her passion for movement. She believes in building self-confidence through discipline, consistency, and focused exercise. In her spare time, Coach Pam can be found dancing, rapping, or playing fetch with her dog, Mozzarella.

about MARK

Mark Gervolino is a recent Tech Fellow Graduate from Flockjay and graduate from San Jose City College. He has been an athlete all his life. Training in Taekwondo, Karate, MMA, Boxing, & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since he was 5 years old. His passion for mentoring and coaching comes from the ideology of
empowering another person’s life in a positive way. He has been a member of FNS for over 2 years and transitioned from an athlete to a trainer in order to bring out the best in others

about ANDREW

Movement has been something that I loved to do since I was a kid and it led me to find FNS in 2018. Through the coaches before me, they empowered me to become more than just an individual athlete but to be a part of a community that held me accountable and cheers each other on. Now I have the amazing opportunity to not only serve our community but to learn, empathize and educate our athletes on a Daily basis through movement. I will be your biggest cheerleader, but I will challenge you to be the best version of yourself on and off the blue turf! We’re in this journey to together and there’s no other team I’d rather be part of! We rise together

about ESTEPHAN

Estephan attended De Anza college transfer to UC Davis Graduate with Bachelor’s in communication. His area of focus was Interpersonal Relationship research, what connects people
together, and nonverbal forms of communication. He has been training Powerlifting for 4 years and strive to have a California state record in the 67.6kg weight class before retiring. In his free time, he does woodworking and makes things such as picture frames, small tables, and shelves

about Ryan

I’m originally from Minnesota and grew up competing in Wrestling, Track & Field, Baseball, and Football, where I grew my passion for fitness and health. Before moving to the Bay Area in 2021 to work for Apple, I lived in
Portland, OR for ten years, where I worked for Nike and grew a passion for the outdoors, hiking, and camping all over the PNW.

Nowadays, I dabble in a little bit of everything, trying to find the right mix to keep a healthy, active, and competitive lifestyle. To follow my passion
for fitness, I became a NASM-certified personal trainer in 2021 to grow my knowledge and gain the expertise needed to continue to pursue my passion within this space.

I’m a huge believer in teamwork, positivity, and following your passions in life. I’m excited to join the FNS team, where I look to bring that passion for teamwork, and positivity to inspire and make a difference in the lives of
others through fitness

about Lila

Coach Lila is a Texas-born Californian who has been an FNS athlete since 2019. She is a graduate from UC Berkeley’s School of Engineering and Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business, and received her NASM certification in 2023. When she’s not coaching at FNS, you can find her working at YouTube as a Product Operations & Strategy Lead.

Lila has been an athlete in a number of sports throughout her childhood, but when she was diagnosed with scoliosis in 2005, she dove in (hah) completely to competitive swimming. She fell in love with the fact that as a swimmer, though you might be competing in races, you are first and foremost in competition with your last best self. She brings that passion and mentality into every part of her daily life, focusing on a growth-first mindset. After finding and falling in love with strength-based group fitness, Lila knew she wanted to make a difference by inspiring others the same way her prior coaches had, by creating communities of support and consistent growth. She strives to bring happiness and joy to at least one person every day, whether in or outside the gym.

In her spare time, you can find Lila reading 2 books at a time (one in audiobook and one in print), planning out her next SCUBA dive, or going for a walk to get coffee with her tiny-horse/dog, Bradley

about Haley

Heyo! My name is Haley Hall, but my friends call me Vega! Fitness has always played a huge role in my life; COVID really allowed me to pursue my passions and realize this is what I want to do. The idea of being able to work closely with clients helping them on their journey to happiness and healthiness, as well as being able to keep myself accountable, is so inspiring to me. I also have an extensive background in martial arts allowing me to become hard working, energetic, motivated and creative! Aside from that I LOVE traveling, I’ve been to several countries around Europe and love anything outdoors especially extreme sports! I definitely try to keep things interesting and exciting!

I have always been passionate about fitness and helping others.
With a background in playing basketball, volleyball, and softball throughout high school and college I developed my passion for movement. Combining my love of sports and teaching children, I pursued my B.S. in Kinesiology. During and after graduation I had the opportunity to coach various sports and help teach the importance of fitness and healthy lifestyle to elementary and high school children.

I strive to lead by example and display hardwork, humbleness, teamwork and the eagerness to always learn. I enjoy the process of coaching others and showing them the care and intentionality that everyone deserves. My goal is to help people find their passion in fitness and push through the boundaries to become the best version of themselves.
